Dan spent 44 years working at The Andersons, Inc as it grew from a privately held agricultural company to a Fortune 500, publicly traded company. Dan has experience in commercial retail management, retail distribution center management, grain elevator design and management, as well as industrial fertilizer production. Dan served as a company officer at The Andersons, Inc from 1997 until 2018.
Dan has served on a variety of profit and non-profit boards including Fifth Third Bank, Boy Scouts of America Erie Shores Council, St. Johns Jesuit High School, and The United Way of Greater Toledo.
Dan obtained a bachelor's degree from The Ohio State University in agricultural economics. He lives with his family in Northwest Ohio.
